FOR YOUR TEAM TO REVIEW

Your work deserves
a clear answer.

Before you upload a client proposal, resume, or project file, your team should know who can see it, how AI services process it, and how to remove it. Here is how the current Pursuit Draft private alpha works. You do not need to share files to request a walkthrough.

01 / ACCESS

Who can see your material?

Other customer workspaces cannot see your content. Signed-in members of your workspace can access its projects and shared knowledge. POLR AI operates the service and its infrastructure providers process the data needed to provide it. The current alpha does not provide separate access permissions for each project within a workspace.

02 / PROCESSING

Where does it go?

Uploaded files, extracted content, and drafts are stored in the app's Supabase database and private file storage. When you use AI features, relevant content is sent to the AI services configured for your workspace. Pursuit Draft can use Google Gemini or Anthropic for writing and analysis; Google may also process text to create search embeddings even when Anthropic is configured for writing. Processing is not limited to the United States.

03 / MODEL TRAINING

Is it used to train models?

POLR AI does not train its own models on your uploads. Provider handling depends on the service and account configuration. Google says paid Gemini API content is not used to improve its products, while its unpaid terms differ. Anthropic says commercial API inputs and outputs are not used for training by default, except when a customer opts in or gives feedback. If your workspace uses your own API key, that account's terms also apply. Ask us to confirm your workspace configuration before uploading sensitive client material.

04 / RETENTION & DELETION

Can you remove your content?

You can delete projects, uploaded documents, and knowledge entries in the app. You can also request account deletion. We handle that request within a reasonable period, subject to backups and records we must retain. The private alpha does not guarantee a retention period or backups, and test data may be reset. AI providers may retain data under their own terms after processing, so deleting an app record does not necessarily erase a provider copy immediately.
